Meet Jami Vincent
Owner/Principal Trainer
With over 20 years in the pharmaceutical quality assurance field, I bring a blend of scientific expertise and a collaborative spirit to everything I do. My academic background, a BS in Chemistry and an MS in Lean Manufacturing, fuels my passion for meticulous processes and continuous improvement.
But beyond the technical aspects, I thrive on fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Mentoring, coaching, and skilling up talent are where I truly shine. I believe in bringing people together, regardless of the challenge, and finding humor along the way. Laughter, after all, is the best medicine, especially when I can bring a smile to someone's face.😊
Outside of work, I'm a dedicated family person, including my four mini dachshunds who hold a special place in my heart. They bring endless joy and, let's be honest, a little bit of chaos, which I wouldn't trade for the world!
